1. DELIVERY FAILURE If delivery is not possible, the product(s) will be returned to the warehouse. In the event of an undeliverable situation, the customer will be informed about the location of the product in question and how to reschedule the delivery. If the customer is not at the agreed delivery location at the scheduled time, they must contact Obscure Item to reschedule the delivery for another suitable day. If the product has been delivered to the address but the delivery cannot be completed due to reasons not attributable to Obscure Item, and the customer does not contact Obscure Item for delivery within the following fifteen (15) days, the contract may be terminated due to the customer's breach of contract. As a result of the termination of the contract, Obscure Item will refund all payments received from the customer without any unreasonable delay within fourteen (14) days following the termination of this contract, except for any additional costs arising from delivery methods requested by the customer other than the normal delivery method provided by Obscure Item. The customer should be aware that there may be additional costs associated with the shipping process due to the termination of the contract, and Obscure Item has the right to pass this cost on to the customer. This clause does not apply to the delivery of virtual gift cards, which is subject to the terms and conditions related to the gift card and the provisions of the above Article 9.

2. RISK AND OWNERSHIP As long as the customer accepts delivery with the courier/cargo company designated by Obscure Item, all benefits and damages related to the products will be the responsibility of Obscure Item until delivery. Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon delivery of the product to the customer or to the person at the delivery address. (Transfer of Ownership)

3. CONTRACT FORMATION To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchasing process and click on the "Confirm Payment" option. After doing this, the customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been received ("Order Confirmation"). In a subsequent second email, the customer will be notified that the order has been accepted and is being shipped ("Delivery Confirmation"). If such confirmation has not been provided by Obscure Item, the contract shall be deemed not to have been established.

4. REJECTION OF ORDER Obscure Item reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website and/or remove or correct any material or content on the website at any time. Although Obscure Item will make all reasonable efforts to process all orders received, it reserves the right to refuse to fulfill or approve an order after receiving it or sending "Order Confirmation" in case of unusual circumstances. Obscure Item shall not be held responsible to the customer or any third party for withdrawing any product from the website, removing or correcting any material or content, or refusing to fulfill or approve an order after receiving "Order Confirmation."
